Information about brokerage services

Texas law requires real estate license holders to provide prospective clients with the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) at the first substantive communication. This document explains the different agency relationships available in Texas real estate transactions. Please review it before engaging my services.

Agency representation

Unless and until a written representation agreement is signed, Quan may act as an intermediary or sub-agent as defined by Texas law. Submitting the contact form, emailing, or calling does not establish an agency relationship. All agency relationships must be documented in writing per TREC requirements.
