This Privacy Policy explains how Minh Quan Nguyen (“Quan,” “I,” “me”), a licensed Texas real estate professional affiliated with Walzel Properties, doing business as The Quantum Team, collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website, quann.homes.

Information you provide directly

When you fill out the contact form, request a consultation, or email me, I collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

Name (first and last)
Email address
Phone number
Real estate goals, desired location, timeframe, and budget
Whether you are selling a home before buying and whether you are pre-approved for a mortgage
Optional Texas Buyer Blueprint answers, which may include buyer path, move timing, target markets, employment category, income range, credit range, debt indicators, veteran status, and current-home plans
If you identify a co-buyer or partner, their name and email may be used to send a separate invitation to complete their participant section.

Information collected automatically

This site does not currently use Google Analytics. Cloudflare (web hosting and security) may collect standard server logs. Contact and Texas Buyer Blueprint submissions are stored in a secure database for real estate services and may be sent to Follow Up Boss for follow-up. No tracking cookies are set without your consent.

How I use your information

To respond to your inquiry. When you submit the contact form, your information is delivered to my Follow Up Boss CRM so I can follow up with you about your real estate needs.
To provide real estate services. I use your contact details to schedule consultations, share property listings, and assist you through the buying process.
To improve the website. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may help me understand which content and pages are useful when analytics are enabled.
For legal and compliance purposes. Records of inquiries may be retained to meet Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and brokerage recordkeeping requirements.

How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only in these limited circumstances:

With my CRM and lead-management provider. Contact form submissions are sent to Follow Up Boss, a real estate CRM I use to manage client relationships.
With Walzel Properties, my broker. As a sponsored agent, my broker may have access to transaction-related records as required by Texas law.
With service providers. Cloudflare (web hosting, security, and spam protection), Follow Up Boss (CRM), Resend (transactional participant invitations, when enabled), and email providers may process data on my behalf under their own privacy policies.
When required by law. I may disclose information in response to a valid legal request or to comply with TREC or other regulatory requirements.

Spam protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated spam submissions. Turnstile may collect device and interaction signals to determine whether a visitor is human, but it does not require solving a CAPTCHA. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Data retention

I retain inquiry records for as long as necessary to provide services to you and to meet Texas real estate recordkeeping requirements. If you ask me to delete your information, I will remove it from active systems where feasible, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing quan@thequantumteam.net. I will respond within 30 days. If you have opted into communications, you may opt out at any time by replying “stop” to any text message or clicking “unsubscribe” in any email.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for functionality (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference). Analytics tools may use cookies to measure traffic. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking real estate services. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact me and I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
